Summary:
CBD has been shown in various studies to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity.
Both inflammation and oxidative stress are linked to the development and progression of various movement disorders, such as Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Huntington Disease. There have been published results that are reporting improvement of quality of life measures using CBD for these conditions.
Clinical studies have published that CBD does not impair the mental/cognitive thought process, it may even improve it in some conditions.
